Electronic braille reading device for the visually impaired
Tac-Tile braille cell is in the form of a thimble, which the user can simply slip on to their finger tip. The device translates standard English text into English braille, known as Grade 2 Braille.
The device can be used on every form of text, including both printed (such as a newspaper) and digital (such as websites). The user will slide the thimble over the text and the text will be translated. The device is designed to be portable and affordable. This allows reading and learning Braille accessible to users from all economic backgrounds.
