We have a dedicated customer service team delivering first line support to our students living on campus.
We will be open over the Christmas Closure period from Saturday 19 December 2020 - Sunday 3 January 2021 from 10am to 4pm. We will close at 2pm on Christmas Day, Friday 25 December 2020.
Our Term time opening hours:
- Monday – Friday: 8am – 8pm
- Saturday and Sunday: 10am – 6pm
Arriving on campus
When you arrive on campus, you can collect your room keys from the Residences Office in Concourse Hall during the hours listed above. If you arrive outside of opening hours you can collect your keys from the Security Office in the Wilfred Brown building. You can check the campus map for guidance.
