We have a dedicated customer service team delivering first line support to our students living on campus. From September, we are extending our weekend opening hours to:
Saturday and Sunday: 10:00 – 18:00
Monday – Friday: 8:00 – 20:00
Arriving on campus
Due to current Coronavirus restrictions and to ensure we comply with government and public health guidelines, which includes social distancing, we are making some changes to our arrivals process for September 2020.
We will be staggering arrivals on campus. To facilitate this, we will be extending the arrival period from Sunday 13th September to Saturday 19 September 2020.
If you are a returning student on a shorter thirty-seven-week license agreement, your arrival dates will be from Sunday 20th September 2020 until Saturday 26th September 2020. Term will commence from Monday 28th September 2020.
Each hall will have a designated arrival date and time. This will effectively be your contract start date.
