Congratulations to our finalists - come and see them compete to represent Brunel.
Students from CBASS, CHLS and CDEPS (including our research institutes) competed in thrilling rounds of 3MT heats to get through to our University finals, ahead of the national competition.
The research students rose to the challenge of presenting their work in just three minutes in a relevant and engaging way, using only a single PowerPoint slide.
The audience and the judging panel enjoyed the fantastic standard of presentations on a wide range of topics, before the judging panel for each heat, which included academics from the relevant college, the Communications team and Union of Brunel Students, discussed and deliberated the results.

The winners will be taking part in the University finals on Wednesday 21 March, competing to represent Brunel in the national finals competition. Join them in the Eastern Gateway Auditorium for a drink reception at 3.30pm, followed by the competition where you'll be able to vote in the audience for the people’s choice award of £100 and a prize-giving reception at 6.00pm.
