Animation: LathingAssignment 1

• Load file MF06-02.max. Choose Select Object and select the spline. Go to the modify panel and choose the lathe button. The “bowling pin” is lathed as shown.

• Splines are lathed around 3 points:
  • minumum: left hand most point of spline
  • center: geometric center of spline
  • maximum: right hand most point of spline
