In all Brunel University London Engineering degrees, students develop a range of skills valued by employers such as critical thinking, analysis and communication.
The programme syllabus is designed around the acquisition of core academic skills and literacy development that underpins successful higher education outcomes: academic research, ICT, critical thinking and the promotion of self-awareness.
A range of teaching methods are used in this module: lecture/seminar/workshop supported by a blended learning approach through the Virtual Learning Environment including the use of blogs to support learning. There will be continual interaction through classroom based formative exercises which will enable individual and small group learning opportunities.

This course can be studied 2 semesters full-time, starting in January. Or this course can be studied 2 semesters full-time, starting in September.
