My experience at Brunel University has been instrumental in shaping my career. My research, which directly links to adult learning and andragogy, has uncovered many aspects of executive education that were previously underexplored. Specifically, it has provided a unique perspective on the paradigm shift in executive education (EE) from pre-Covid to post-Covid, highlighting significant changes in adult learning. I chose to study at Brunel University because of its strong reputation as a research-focused institution and the opportunity to learn from renowned faculty members like Professor Biesta, who are leaders in my field. The university's commitment to high-quality research and its emphasis on academic excellence made it an ideal choice for my doctoral studies. Additionally, Brunel’s physical proximity to my home and the structured, directed learning during the first two years of study provided a perfect balance of flexibility and guidance.
