Tell us about your career journey since you graduated?

My career journey has included Premiere of works, commissions and CD publishing on a world class label.

What does an average day at work involve for you?

My typical day consists of teaching, composing and arranging.

What’s been the highlight of your career so far?

If I had to pick a highlight it would be the Naxos CD.

How would you say Brunel helped you to get where you are today?

The academic support by the staff helped push me further in my field.

Why did you choose to study at Brunel and why would you recommend Brunel to others?

The reason I chose Brunel University London above all other universities among other reasons was the professional staff of the music department. Knowing you're among academics that are research active puts you at ease and makes studying a PhD much easier.

What is your best memory of studying here?

My best memory of studying Music at Brunel was definitely the studio recording.

If you could give one piece of advice to new students, what would that be?

My advice would be this: Find your way and do not wait for anyone to tell you what to do.
