In a family business, strategy is entwined with relationships, leadership is inseparable from family dynamics, and every decision carries both emotional and commercial weight. Many of the most consequential decisions around innovation, succession, governance, or long-term direction are also the hardest to surface.
Brunel Family Business Week 2026 offers a unique opportunity to learn, reflect, and connect with peers, advisors, and academics, providing insight and inspiration for thoughtful leadership in uncertain times.
