Audrey Tang is the founder of CLICK and regularly collaborates with Business Life, helping students get ready for the world of work.
CLICK specialises in bespoke, interactive and experiential learning programmes in soft skills like public speaking and presenting, and business skills such as conducting appraisals and having difficult conversations. Sessions focus on team-building, confidence and personal development.
She attained her Doctorate from Brunel Business School (focusing on the training and emotional support of customer-facing professionals) and is a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and BPsS (Special Group for Coaching Psychology). Prior to starting CLICK, she was a secondary school drama teacher (QTS), later becoming Programme Manager for vocational qualifications in Supporting Teaching and Learning, and Childcare, Learning and Development within Further Education.
