It is believed by professional coaches that current systems do not measure force output accurately or offer integrated analysis between crew members. By using force sensors mounted directly on the blade it is now possible to measure a rower's true output on the water.

The key to success was to efficiently transmit this information to three identified user groups; the crew, coaxes and coaches. The graphical representatioin of the force output of the whole crew and other important measures of performance has been resplved to be easily read by the cox or coach then relayyed verbally to the crew during the session.

Three different mounting options for the readout allow the product to be transferable between different boats and non-intrusive on the cox's other roles of steering the boat and instructing the crew.
