Co-Innovate receives Highly Commended Award at the West London Business Awards 2020

The West London Business Awards now in its 7th year held its annual dinner at the West London Landmark venue of Twickenham Stadium. Hosted by Gaby Roslin with over 500 guests in attendance it has become one of the biggest and respected business awards for West London. Brunel University London a founding sponsor since its inaugural awards back in 2013 has seen it grow each year from a few hundred to well over 500 guests.
In attendance were key figures in business and politics including Head of Brent Council Cllr Muhammed Butt, Leader of Hounslow Council Cllr Steven Curran, MPs Rupa Huq, Ruth Cadbury and Seema Malhotra.
Notable businesses were Heathrow, SEGRO and CISCO showing these awards form an important part of these businesses year.
Our very own Co-Innovate Business support scheme which is jointly funded by the ERDF and Brunel University London, were finalists in two categories, Education and Training Provider and Incubator/Accelerator/Co-working Space and won a Highly Commended award noticed for helping over 300 businesses through the current funded scheme which has now been extended to run until 2023. Co-Innovate was in good company in this category with CRL, Imperial College Incubator and the JGA Group showing Brunel University London has a lot to offer business.
