The Quad North building, situated opposite Brunel’s iconic lecture centre, is home to the Graduate School and researchers from our Institute of Environment, Health and Societies. Brunel’s environmental research led to a Queen’s award for research in 2011. Students from the departments of Education and Sport Science also study here.
This building features double glazed windows, many of which are fitted with a range of treated glass that reflects the sun’s rays, thereby helping to keep the internal environment at an acceptable level.
