Brunel Legal Advice Centre welcomes new staff member and new services!

Since 2018 the Brunel Legal Advice Centre has steadily expanded it’s offering to members of the public providing advice in Employment law, Intellectual Property law and social security tribunal appeals. To date our legal advice centre has advised and represented 332 clients and secured almost £100,000 in settlements.

In January of this year, we launched the Domestic Abuse Service with National Legal Service providing advice and support to victims of Domestic Abuse three days a week.

We now welcome Sapna Bhalla to our team! Sapna is an experienced social welfare lawyer and will offer advice in social security tribunals and some housing issues.

We are now also offering assistance in;

Environmental issues in partnership with the Environmental Law Foundation to provide expert case work and research in local environmental issues.

Free personal injury advice with Hodge Jones and Allen partner Daniel Denton on Thursday afternoons through a remote service here on campus.
