Mind the Gap - Stepping in to life at Brunel (Mental Health and Wellbeing)

What is it?

Mind the Gap – Stepping in to life at Brunel is a three day programme for students that have a diagnosed mental health condition. The programme aims to:

  • Help students to prepare for life at University
  • Offer taster sessions on managing challenges such as stress and exams, anxiety as well as self-care tools and advice. 
  • Give students the opportunity to set up support for whilst they are studying, an example could be extra time in exams (if appropriate).

A timetable of sessions will be coming soon.

How much does it cost? And when?

Nothing! It’s free! It'll take place on 8, 9 and 10 September 2020.

How do I sign-up and eligibility?

Mind the Gap is open to offer holders coming to study at Brunel.
