Competition Law and Sustainability: Eastern and Central Europe

‘Competition law and Sustainability’ is an emerging topic raising various conceptual and practical challenges, which will be addressed by the Panel with a specific focus being placed on Central and Eastern European countries. The webinar is based on the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS, https://yars.wz.uw.edu.pl/) special issue vol 14(23) 2021 in the fields of competition law and sectoral regulation in the context of sustainability debates.
