Competition Law and Sustainability: Eastern and Central Europe

‘Competition law and Sustainability’ is an emerging topic raising various conceptual and practical challenges, which will be addressed by the Panel with a specific focus being placed on Central and Eastern European countries. The webinar is based on the Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS, special issue vol 14(23) 2021 in the fields of competition law and sectoral regulation in the context of sustainability debates.
