Undergraduate Clearing Open Day

Our Undergraduate Clearing Open Day is a fantastic opportunity for those hoping to start their course with us this September. You'll have the opportunity to listen to the welcome talk by our VC, explore our campus, talk to our support services and current students, and find out what makes Brunel out of the ordinary!

Explore our campus

• Campus tours run throughout the day, so you can join at a time that suits you.
• You can get familiar with the teaching and studying facilities; including the library.
• Take a look at the choice of accommodation to suit your budget and preference.
• Visit the wide range of places to eat and socialise.
• Get a feel for campus life during your tour and check out the open spaces to relax in.
• Whilst on the tour, ask our student ambassadors anything about life at Brunel!

Placements and careers

• Find out about placement options by meeting with our advisors.
• Explore the different types of placements available on the course you're interested in.
• You'll also get the opportunity to chat with our current students about their placement experiences.
• Chat to our expert advisers about your future career options and the career support programmes available to you.

• Have a chat with our advisers at the drop-in stands.
• Learn more about admissions, fees, student support and wellbeing and our award-winning accommodation.

On arrival, you will be directed to convenient parking. There will be no parking charges on the day.

If you need overnight accommodation, we recommend our Lancaster Hotel on campus.

Travel costs

We want to make sure that all students have the opportunity to visit Brunel and take part in key events on campus. Our Widening Access Travel Fund helps eligible students cover travel costs for open days, offer holder days, and interview / selection days. If you're a home student from a state school, live outside the M25, and meet at least one of our widening access criteria, you may be able to claim reimbursement for your travel expenses.
