WSN x Women's History Month Self Love > Self Doubt Installation

women external

As part of Women’s History Month, this in-person reflective installation invites students to pause, reflect and release self-critical thoughts that may hold them back. Located on campus in the Atrium, the installation features a large box where students can anonymously place written reflections of negative thoughts or limiting beliefs they wish to let go of.

The space is voluntary and private, with no requirement to share content publicly. Rooted in themes of empowerment, resilience and self-compassion, the installation recognises the internal pressures many women face and creates a collective moment of release within our campus community.

At the end of the installation period from 9th March 2026 to 6th March 2026, the reflections will be symbolically destroyed in a safe and controlled manner, representing renewal, strength and the ongoing journey toward self-belief and wellbeing. The installation is open to all students.
