Named as a Centre of Excellence by the EL Gazette (2013, 2014, 2015, 2016), our courses are designed to captivate our students, develop their English and awaken their curiosity in a profound and impactful way.

Since Bede's Summer School was launched in 1993 we have been fine-tuning what makes a first class Summer School. This involves hand-picking the best centres to ensure that every student experiences a stunning location and fantastic facilities and of course, providing outstanding pastoral care.

Every day they are with us, our students partake in a carefully-considered programme of formal lessons, sports, leisure activities, evening entertainment and cultural excursions, which not only develop their English language and communication skills but also their interpersonal and social skills, encouraging them to step outside of their comfort zone.
