Camp Leaders is a branch within the Smaller Earth group and as a collective group we are committed to providing cultural exchange programs for work, travel and voluntary experiences. We've sent thousands of people to summer camp America over the past 17 years. Every one of our staff members has been to camp in America and collectively we have over 150 summers of experience. We've worked in all types of Camp Counsellor summer jobs and in all types of USA summer camps, from private camps to underprivileged camps. When it comes to summer camp America jobs, we know our stuff.

There are literally 100s of positions available all across the States and the roles vary greatly. We offer roles as a camp counsellor where the day-to-day responsibilities involve caring for your campers but can also include leading an activity area at camp; from sports to arts, from the waterfront to horse riding and everything in between - we've got you covered.

Working with kids not quite your thing? Why not be part of the support staff team? These roles vary from; kitchen to cleaning, from office work to maintenance - there's a lot that goes into to making a camp run and you can be part of it! You'll earn a higher wage and have more time off too.
