Summary

I lead a range of professional services teams (60+ staff) to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of student records, quality assurance, teaching timetabling, internal audit, business continuity, governance and human resource planning across the College of Business, Arts of Social Sciences and its six academic departments.

This is a wide-ranging role, covering front-facing taught student provision, research student provision, PGCE placements, appeals, complaints and misconduct.
