Ibrahim Al-Jubari is a Lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Brunel Business School, with over a decade of experience in higher education, including 6.5 years as a Senior Lecturer at Management and Science University Malaysia. He teaches across entrepreneurship, small business venturing, and research modules, and supervises undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations. His research sits at the intersection of entrepreneurship, SME development and organisational behaviour, with a particular focus on the drivers and outcomes of new venture creation, entrepreneurial resilience, and SME performance.
