Summary

Jon is a Physiotherapy Lecturer within the Musculoskeletal team and the Programme lead for the MSc (Pre-Reg) Physiotherapy degree. Jon did his Physiotherapy training in Australia where he completed his Bachelor of Physiotherapy at the University of Notre Dame Australia and his postgraduate Masters in Musculskeletal Physiotherapy/Manual Therapy at the University of Western Australia. His clinical experience has primarily been in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy in both the public hospital setting and private practice. He has been involved in education throughout his career, from working as a clinical tutor for undergraduate Physiotherapy students to running courses and education programs for graduate Physiotherapists at all levels of experience.

Jon’s research interest focuses on management of tendinopathies particularly of the lower-limb.
