Summary

Mosunmola Dayo ADEOYE is a PhD student at BUL whose research interest lies in enhancing sustainability in food supply chain. Currently, she is researching the development of an advanced artificial intelligence decision support tool for reducing waste and greenhouse gas emissions in the wheat-bread supply chain. Her research project is fully funded by the BBSRC and supported by the UKFS-CDT.
