Summary

Nan is specialised in entrepreneurship training development using the experiential design learning and team coaching approach. She coaches young aspiring entrepreneurs in their venture creation process in several UK, European and Asian universities. Her research on family businesses, entrepreneurial role identities, entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurship education were presented at leading business and management academic conferences worldwide and published in the top academic journal and books in the field of entrepreneurship studies. She works closely with industrial partners, accelerators, and academics to bring authentic, interactive, and collaborative learning experience to improve knowledge transfer between universities and businesses. She currently leads the development of UK Government funded Build Back Better programmes.
