Building the Evidence Base on Endometriosis and Work: A Systematic Review and Qualitative Research
Funder: Brunel Research Initiative and Enterprise FundDuration: December 2025 - July 2026
This project aims to move the field of endometriosis and work from awareness to action by building an integrated, policy relevant evidence base. It seeks to identify how workplace practices, managerial responses, and organisational policies shape employment outcomes for people with endometriosis, and where intervention is most needed. By clarifying what should be measured, how outcomes are produced, and what evidence can inform effective workplace support, the project lays the foundations for meaningful organisational and policy change.
