My research focuses on advancing motor learning and skill acquisition through the combined use of action observation and motor imagery (AOMI) as an intervention. My work explores how psychologically-informed interventions like AOMI can enhance behavioral, psychological, and cognitive factors related to movement in sports, exercise, and rehabilitation.
