Dr SinMun Chang
Lecturer (Professional Practice) in Business Careers Management

Summary

SinMun is the Deputy Director of Internationalisation and leads the Postgraduate Professional Practice modules at Brunel Business School. Before joining Brunel, he worked as a psychometrician with a test publisher, focusing on designing and delivering psychometrics solutions. As an occupational psychologist, he provides advisory to assessment publisher on test design in SEA, and support candidates from a range of diverse backgrounds through the school’s employability initiative to improve their skill competencies and widen their access to opportunities.
