Research area(s)

My research focuses on investigating the clashes between the DNA replication and transcription machineries using the bacterium Escherichia coli as a model organism to study the replication transcription collisions as well as the subsequent repair processes for the the resolution of these conflicts.

− Investigations into conflicts between DNA replication and transcription in living cells at a single molecule level.
