Research Interests

My research interest ranges from macroeconomics to finance in the context of emerging and developing economies. In macroeconomics, I am, in particular, interested in a flow of funds analysis in a general equilibrium framework, and monetary policy for developing economies. Recently, I have been engaged in researching the banking sector and its market structure in relation to profitability and competition.
