I currently supervise both PhD Education and EdD researchers in the Department of Education. I welcome enquiries from prospective doctoral researchers. I am particularly interested in doctoral projects that are aligned with the following broad areas:

• Racialised minority children and parents
• Reproduction of social inequalities
• Childhood and education in South Asia and its diaspora
• Ethnographic studies of childhood and education
• Critical sexuality and queer studies
