In addition to offering 3 mentors, Women @ Bosch invited a small group of mentees to attend a bespoke day at their HQ in Denham. Our students had the opportunity to find out about Bosch's ethos, meet a number of staff including some young graduates and also have a hands on session in the Bosch Automotive Training Centre. In addition, Bosch managers gave each student one to one detailed feedback on their CV and cover letters. Some student feedback:"feeling much more confident about attending an interview""loved learning a little about Software Engineering, Mark was a brilliant teacher!""Bosch is not only about power tools and garden products. They also design and manufacture automotive parts and systems.
