The University has various procedures that you will need to follow depending on the nature of the complaint.
An academic appeal is a procedure that allows you to challenge a decision of the Board of Examiners on here for an overview of the appeals procedure
A complaint is an expression of dissatisfaction with any other aspect of University provision. If you wish to make a complaint, you will need to follow the Complaints Procedure.
