X-ray diffraction
We have a Bruker D8 Advance powder diffractometer equipped with three X-rays tubes: copper, molybdenum and chromium.
two settings are available:
- a routine powder sample changer with nine positions;
- a 1/4 Eulerian cradle for residual stress and thin film measurements.
