Why can I not see my timetable?

You may not have been allocated to any activities. Please email timetabling alongside the person responsible for timetabling in your department with full details of the activities you are expecting to teach and we will allocate these to you. 

Why are my teaching activities not appearing in my outlook calendar? 

You may not have been allocated to any activities. Please email timetabling alongside the person responsible for timetabling in your department with full details of the activities you are expecting to teach and we will allocate these to you. 

It may be that your details have not been entered into the system correctly - please email timetabling and we will look into it for you. 

How can I make changes to my module? 

You cannot make changes to teaching after the timetable has been published to students in early September unless absolutely unavoidable. Please ensure any unavoidable change requests are sent first to the person responsible for timetabling in your departmend and they will contact Timetabling to make the change.

Can I change the room I have been allocated as it is not suitable?

We will always try and accommodate changes to location if they are unsuitable but we are contrained with availabitly of space. Please email us and we will do our best to help you.
