He provided a wide-ranging response on all elements of the consultation, from how hydrogen production plants are connected to the wider hydrogen network, to wider factors to enable Hydrogen to Power (H2P) to participate meaningfully in the Capacity Market, to input on technical adjustments that the government intends to make.
