Full-time or part-time, you choose the route that works for you.
Brunel MBA students come from a wide mix of industries, professions, cultures and nationalities. And it's that diversity that's one of the real strengths of the programme. The people you study with become valuable business contacts and, often, lifelong friends.
Our current MBA intake has an average age of 34, with around seven years of professional experience. Class sizes are typically 25-35 students, creating a focused learning environment with plenty of individual attention.
We offer two intakes a year, in January and September. Your course will run across three semesters: autumn, spring and summer, with exams in May. A dedicated dissertation period - your business project - then closes the programme and gives you time to pull everything together before you take your next step.
The full-time MBA
The full‑time Brunel MBA is a one‑year intensive course designed for professionals who want to develop quickly and return to work with fresh skills and confidence.
It’s a great choice if you want to accelerate your career and complete your MBA in the shortest time.
The part-time MBA
The part‑time Brunel MBA takes two years to complete. It’s ideal if you’re working full‑time or part‑time, have family commitments, or simply prefer to study at a steadier pace.
If you choose this route, you'll join classes along with full‑time MBA students, but complete the programme at 'half‑speed’. This means you'll study two modules per semester (autumn, spring and summer) over two years.
We know flexibility matters, and the part-time option has been designed especially for this. If you'd like to discuss how we can shape your MBA journey around your schedule, please contact the MBA team at bbs-mba@brunel.ac.uk
Following my MBA at Brunel Business School, I had the great opportunity to intern in the Marketing department at John West. John West is one of the leading food brands in the UK. This priceless experience provided me with hands on and practical training.
