Student Memberships

Student annual membership

All Brunel students can take part in our weekly courses for free by becoming a Student Member of  Brunel Arts.

Student annual membership is £22, which covers the cost of all your class tuition during the year, and you only pay this once, no matter how many classes you take in each academic year. Some classes have a small materials charge, and this is shown in the course description.

Booking for the Spring term opens on Tuesday 5 January 2021 at 10.30am.  (You will need to check your academic timetable first before booking to ensure there are no clashes).

How to book - Please call in to the Arts Centre building during office hours once you are on campus.  We are situated on the main concourse and are next to the Lecture Centre.  (Our reception is located on the right as you enter the building.)

If you are on placement or are not able to visit the Arts Centre during the day you may book by phone (01895 266074).

Phone:  Dial +44 (0)1895 266074 to check availability and also to book your place on a course.  Payments can be made over the phone with a debit or credit card.

By email or in person:  You can download the applicable booking form below.

The completed form should then be emailed or handed in to Arts Centre reception with your payment (you should check course availability first by phone).  Payments made at our reception can be with cash, cheque or card.

Staff annual membership

The friends of Brunel Arts scheme is open to all staff.

Membership for 2020/21 is £35 or £50 per couple and offers:

• Priority booking period for all courses, (course members must normally be over 17)
• 10% reduction when three tutored courses are booked together
• Free or reduced entry to all term-time evening and lunchtime concerts
• Free or reduced entry to all drama productions
• Free entry to all Brunel Arts events
• Regular free mailing of all Brunel Arts activities
• For staff Friends – a practice pass enabling you to take advantage of the practice rooms in
the Arts Centre building
