Biography
Rifleman Albert Ernest Wheatcroft was the song of Mr and Mrs A. B. Wheatcroft. He attended Borough Road College for two years, though nothing is known of his time at the college. He enlisted into the London Regiment Queen’s Westminster Rifles, and was killed on the 10 September 1916 aged 21.
