Biography

Lance Corporal Amos Wesley Stace attended Borough Road College 1898-1900 where he showed an interest and aptitude for art. When he left Borough Road College he taught at a school on Frobisher Road, Haringey. Stace signed up for war service in late 1915. He was 38 when he died on 18 January 1916.
