Biography
Joseph Harrison came from Sunderland and had taught at the Bethesda Free Chapel Mission Sunday Schools before attending Borough Road College. During his two years at Borough Road College he did well in arts and sciences and upon graduating he was destined for a boarding school at Haringey, Hornsey. After college he became a teacher in a local mission Sunday school in Sunderland.
