Biography

Second Lieutenant Reginald Thomas Salmon was the son of Thomas Harlan and Mabel Salmon. He attended Borough Road College for two years, receiving a distinction in his teaching module, before graduating in 1914 with Intermediate Sciences. Salmon enlisted in the Royal Engineers and was later commissioned into the 7th Battalion East Yorkshire Regiment. He was killed on the 12 May 1917 aged 24.
