If you are having trouble accessing eBooks on Ebook Central through the Library catalogue or your reading lists, please read the following steps:

  • If you see a message saying, “Sorry, your institution does not allow access to ProQuest Ebook Central from your current IP address. Please contact your librarian,” this usually means your browser has expired cookies.
  • Visit this link to clear your expired cookies: https://ebookcentral.proquest.com/clearcookie/clearcookie.html
  • After clearing your cookies, try accessing the eBook again.
