Library Successfully renews CSE accreditation

Brunel Library is delighted to announce that our Customer Service Excellence accreditation has been renewed for another year.

The Library was particularly recognised for its customer insight, student engagement, information provision and collaboration.

The award recognises our commitment to continuously improving our services. Obtaining the accreditation demonstrates how our customers are at the heart of everything we do. 

What is the Customer Service Excellence Standard?
In order for an organisation to attain the Customer Service Excellence standard it must be successfully assessed against five criteria: Customer Insight, the Culture of the Organisation, Information and Access, Delivery, Timeliness and Quality of Service.
