Q3 Service Standards Released

We are pleased to reveal our Service Standards for Q3 (April - June).

Brunel Library releases it's service standards every quarter. The service standards were updated this quarter to reflect the broader service Brunel Library offers. 

New service standards include commitments to:

  • Keep the library open for it's advertised hours
  • Provide a 24/7 enquiry service
  • Regularly seek the views of customers
  • Provide 1-to-1 appointments with Academic Liaison Librarians as advertised
  • Provide Open Access support to researchers
  • Develop and update online study support resources
