This change means:
- More accessible support: Whether you need help with general enquiries, referencing, or library services, everything will now be available in 1 central spot.
- Stronger collaboration: Our Help Desk team are working closely with the Academic Liaison Librarians to provide stronger enquiry support.
- Improved visibility: With the Help Desk being so visible on the ground floor, LibSmart support will be easier to find.
