Sustainability Question Time

Events in recent weeks have reminded us all of the realities of climate change and environmental degradation worldwide, and that we all need to do what we can to aid efforts at mitigation and adaptation.

Brunel has a history of being environmentally responsible and we have made great progress towards net zero and in reducing waste, water and energy use. Much more needs to be done. Making the University more sustainable, reducing our environmental impact and raising awareness amongst students and staff is a key priority, as is enhancing the sustainability of our civic partnerships across West London and beyond.

This special panel event includes key voices from the region, from international experts, and opens the discussion to the floor, welcoming community voices in our Sustainability Question Time.

The week beginning 9th October has been designated as 'Brunel Sustainability Week', but there will be events throughout the year to build on this important work. Please email sustain@brunel.ac.uk with suggestions for things that we could do. All ideas welcome.
