Brunel's Professor of Naval History, Matthew Seligmann, has this week been chatting with BBC History Extra Podcast about the changes made by Winston Churchill to the Royal Navy in the years leading up to the First World War – ranging from pay and conditions to discipline and the treatment of homosexuals.
