Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:
In this role, you will actively contribute to the implementation of the marketing strategy, focusing on both local community engagement and online promotion. As a Marketing Assistant Volunteer, you will boost your digital marketing skills, while enhancing teamwork and collaboration skills.
Typical duties include:
- Researching and maintaining up-to-date community website listings to ensure accurate and relevant information for potential visitors
- Delivering leaflets to libraries and heritage organisations, effectively spreading awareness of upcoming events and exhibitions
- Executing a social media plan to promote Turner's House Trust events, sharing engaging content, and building an online presence
- Promoting volunteer recruitment efforts by updating information and effectively communicating the benefits of joining Turner's House Trust
