We work nationally and in local communities through our 650 churches and community centres throughout the UK and Ireland, to serve those who most need our help. We work with decision-makers to ensure the views of vulnerable people are heard. We also support international development projects.

Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:

What you’ll be doing:

  • Attend Parent & Toddler Groups
  • Help with setup and clearing for toddler group
  • Helping with Arts & Crafts
  • Assisting with Refreshments

Skills Required:

  • Regular commitment to activities, aims and objectives of the Salvation Army
  • Ability to keep confidences
  • Commitment to safeguarding and protecting vulnerable children/adults and a willingness to raise concerns where necessary
  • Good face-to-face skills
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good listening skills and ability to take direction
