Wealdstone FC is the largest club in Hillingdon Borough and has been enjoying a successful run in the National League. The club has seen five years of consecutive league improvements as a part-time team and has achieved significant growth with increased attendance and community engagement.
Details of the Volunteering Opportunity:
In this role, you will volunteer alongside the Matchday Operations Team during the football season to enhance the matchday experience for over a thousand fans and guests entertained at Grosvenor Vale in Ruislip during home games. As a Coaching Support Volunteer, you will gain a set of skills such as coaching, communication, planning, teamwork.
Typical duties include:
- Assisting the Wealdstone FC coaching staff within training sessions and matches
- Performing various administrative tasks for the academy, such as catering, kit organisation, facility readiness, equipment provision, parking, and pitch bookings, as needed
- Ensuring all signed Academy players are registered correctly and following Academy procedure
- Ensuring top-quality standards for all training and fixture resources, including kits, bibs, balls, cones, and more
Please note, the Brunel Volunteers team would like you to commit to a minimum of 2-3 months.
